All online orders are subject to review and usually shipped within 1 to 3 business days after being placed, with the exception of made-to-order items, customized pieces, and engraving requests which require 7 to 14 business days. 

 

Saturday, Sunday, and official holidays will not be considered regular business days with respect to estimated delivery lead time. Delivery on Saturday may however be proposed as a service to specific zip codes. Same-day delivery in Belgrade, in addition, to express delivery may incur an additional charge.

When considering package delivery time, please account for credit approval, address verification, and order processing. Once the order is processed and ready for shipment, we will send you the Confirmation of the Order by email.

 

When ordering on the Platform, you will receive an email notification with all relevant tracking information related to the delivery of your purchase.
