Returns & Exchange

We have Serbia's same-day, international 10-day return policy, which means you have 1 or 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To request a refund, please send us an email with your name, address, and order number, and give us the reason why you are returning the item to hello@lavellajewelry.com. If your return is accepted, you will receive a confirmation email. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, it is requested within 24 hours of receiving it. So that we can evaluate the issue and take appropriate actions.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Special tailormade jewelry items may not be returned or exchanged. Shipping fees are non-refundable.  Returns with missing paperwork or product will not be processed. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Items that cannot be resized

Diamond and gemstone eternity rings with a specific number of gemstones per finger size, so please take care to order the correct ring size at the time of purchase. For assistance determining the proper ring size, please contact customer service email to hello@lavellajewelry.com

International Returns

Additional shipping charges may be incurred if packages are returned via alternate carriers (including, but not limited to Serbia Post). La Vella Online reserves the right to charge your credit card for any fees we incur at the time of package receipt.

For orders shipping to Asia and the Middle East, the 10-day period begins on the date you receive your order.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Please contact our Client Care Center with any questions. 

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Canceling or Changing your Order

If you would like to change or cancel an order please email hello@lavellajewelry.com. We will attempt to accommodate order changes to the extent possible prior to shipping confirmation. Some changes will result in a shipping delay. We are unable to accommodate changes or cancellations on special order requests and/or orders that have already shipped. If your order has already shipped, please contact us to set up a merchandise return once you have received the shipment.
